Back and front shelves
As you noticed, the jacket is knitted with raglan.
For the front, cast on 56 (58) sts and Knit 10 sts in 1x1 rib, 23 sts in braids, 23 (25) sts in 1x1 rib.
At the same time, from the side edge, decrease 1 st in 8, 16, 24, 32, 38, 44, 50, 56, 62, 68 (8, 16, 24, 32, 40, 48, 56, 62, 68, 74 ) rows.
On the 25th row, bind off 28 stitches for the pocket. In the 26th row, cast on 28 sts.
Next, for the raglan in the 74 (80) row, close the last 3 (4) sts. And continue decreasing as follows: in every second row, 1 loop 11 times; in each row 1 loop 16 times.
Make the neckline from the 32nd row from the beginning of the raglan.
1st row: bind off 7 sts.
Row 3: cast off 4 sts.
Row 5: cast off 3 sts.
Row 7: cast off 1 st.
Row 9: cast off 2 sts.
The second front is knitted in a mirror pattern.
The back is knitted like the front panels. Just no pockets.
Cast on 109 (113) sts = 23 (25) sts. Rib 1x1; 23 p. - braid pattern; 17 p. elastic 1x1; 23 p. - braid pattern; 23(25) sts, 1x1 rib. The decreases on both sides of the back of a knitted sweater are similar to the shelves.
Raglan is slightly different.
On the 74th (80th) row, cast off 3 (5) sts. Next, cast off 1 st in every fourth row 2 times, cast off 1 st in every second row 7 times; and 1 p. 20 times in each row.
Cast off remaining stitches.
Make the sleeve of the knitted sweater according to the pattern. The red line is the first size.
Trims for a knitted children's sweater and assembly
Along the edge of the sleeve and the bottom, tie a strip of 11 stitches with a 1x1 elastic band.
Sew the shoulder seam. Sew in the sleeves.
Sew the bottom of the sleeves and the side seam.
Raise 99 stitches for the collar and knit 17 rows. In this case, replace the first 5 rows of knitting needles with a small size, then 6 rows with a slightly larger size and the rest with a regular size.
Make button strips.

Back:
Knit as before, only after 39 cm from the cast-on row, close 14 stitches for the neckline and knit both sides separately. To round the neckline, close from the inside 2 times x 3 sts and 1 time x 2 sts. Close the loops at the height of the front.
Sleeves:
On knitting needles No. 3.5, cast on 40 sts and knit 6 cm with an elastic band. In the last row, evenly add 8 stitches. Shoulder straps:

In the next row, on the wrong side of the work, knit 3 sts with a 2/2 elastic band, knit 2 sts together. and 1 yarn over (= button hole) and knit the row to the end with an elastic band of 2/2. Assembly:
Sew the right shoulder seam. Bring the first bar to the left shoulder of the front, then the second bar to the left shoulder of the back. Pin the binding to the neckline. Sew in the sleeves, placing the first bar on the second. Sew buttons.
A wide neckline and a slightly shorter rounded front will make this jumper fashionable.

BEFORE
On the knitting needles, cast on 102 (111) 120 stitches and knit 4 rows between the edges. facial stitch.
To round the bottom of the front, knit in short rows. To do this, first knit the first 3 stitches and turn the row, making 1 yarn over.
Then in every 2nd r. from the left edge add the number of loops to be knitted: 5 x 3 p. and 5 x 5 p. (5 x 4 p. and 5 x 6 p.) 6 x 4 p. and 4 x 6 p. Knit yarn overs together with the next loop and include these loops in the Braid pattern.
Set the loops aside, make shortened rows on the left side in a mirror image, adding knitted loops from the right edge and including them in the pattern.
Then knit again with a “braid” pattern on all loops.
After 37 (40) 43 cm from the initial row, close off the middle 22 (25) 26 stitches for the neckline and finish both sides separately.
To round the edge of the neckline in every 2nd r. close 1 x 4 p., 1 x 3 p. and 4 x 2 p.
At the height of the back, close the remaining loops straight.
SLEEVES
On the knitting needles, cast on 48 stitches for each sleeve and knit 4 stitches between the edges. facial stitch.
After 30 (32) 34 cm from the initial row, close all the loops.
ASSEMBLY
Lightly moisten the parts, stretch them according to the dimensions indicated on the pattern and leave until dry.
Sew shoulder seams.
On circular knitting needles along the edge of the neckline, cast on 106 (116) 126 sts and knit 3 circular rows in stockinette stitch, then bind off all stitches loosely.
Sew in the sleeves so that the middle of the sleeve coincides with the shoulder seam.
Sew the side seams and sleeve seams, while sewing the bottom 8 cm butt to each other so that when turning up the sleeves the seam is not noticeable.
At the end, lightly steam all seams.

I found a wonderful sweater for girls on a Chinese website for ready-made children's clothing that can be easily knitted. The main pattern is a wide braid, the bottom is trimmed with tied fringe. Moreover, you will have another sample of a pullover that a Chinese craftswoman has already knitted for her girl. The result is a chic item that is absolutely as beautiful as the factory one.
Sample braid of 9 loops.
Cast on 17 stitches on the needles. Of these, I knit 2 rows as follows.
1st row: remove 1 edge (and so on in all rows), purl 3, knit 9, purl 3 and the last edge we knit purl (and so on in all rows)
Row 2: k1, k3, p9, k3, k1. In the third row, make the first cross.

I hope that you understand that on the one hand you should always cross the loops before work, and on the other always after work.
Crosses can be performed at different heights. For example, if you do them in every 2nd row, the braid will turn out to be very plump and convex. And if the distance between the crosses is increased, the braid will have a more elongated appearance.

Braid pattern of 9 loops:
An empty cell in this pattern is a knit stitch (knit in knit rows, purl in purl rows).
On the sleeves there is 1x1 elastic, two braid motifs and stockinette stitch. 
Reductions for raglan can be connected according to this pattern.
All decreases are made from the front side of the product and in each row along each raglan line, starting 2 stitches in front of the marker: 2 stitches together, knit, next. Remove the loop as a front one, knit 1. n. pull through the removed loop.
How to trim the bottom with thread fringe.
The sweater from the Chinese blog has a slightly changed pattern. Between the braids, the craftswoman knitted strips of knit and purl stitches. So, in principle, it’s also beautiful, but I prefer the plaits on the front fabric. It’s a good idea to add a lace collar with pearls.
