Methodological development "adaptation sheet". Recommendations for teachers on filling out an adaptation sheet for a child Adaptation sheet for kindergarten

Analysis of the adaptation period

Kindergarten is a new period in a child’s life. For him, this is, first of all, the first experience of collective communication. Not all children accept a new environment or unfamiliar people immediately and without problems. Most of them react to kindergarten by crying. Some easily enter the group, but cry at home in the evening, others agree to go to kindergarten in the morning, but before entering the group they begin to be capricious and cry. So, adaptation is considered to be the process of a child entering a new environment and painful adaptation to the conditions.
It is well known that the degree of adaptation of a child to kindergarten determines his mental and physical health. The abrupt presentation of a new room, new toys, new people, new rules of life is both emotional and informational stress for the child.

Children with different types of nervous activity adapt to conditions

kindergarten in different ways. In some children adaptation is mild,

other children suffer a crisis of severe adaptation, which leads to

long-term and severe illnesses. In such children, aggressive-

destructive reactions, active emotional state, or absent

activity with more or less pronounced negative reactions.

Adaptation in our group went smoothly. The degree of adaptation was mostly mild and moderate, only 2 children had severe adaptation. Children were left in the group gradually. At first, the child was left for 2 hours, then for a week until 12 hours, then up to 2, until 3 o’clock in the evening. So gradually the children got used to kindergarten.

In children with a mild degree, the adaptation period, on average, lasted about 16 working days. During the day, a joyful or stable-calm emotional state prevailed. They actively contacted adult children and surrounding objects. During the allotted period of time, no diseases were noted.Mild degree is -46%

In children with an average degree of adaptation, minor, short-term deviations in the emotional background were noted, mainly when parting with their parents and adding a daytime nap. The adaptation period in children lasted up to 30 working days, minor diseases such as conjunctivitis and ARVI were registered.

The average degree is -36%

In two young children - a severe degree - the adaptation period lasted about 2 months, during which the girls suffered several
ARVI.Severe is -18% At the moment, all children have successfully adapted, the emotional background is stable during the day, and behavioral reactions are adequate to the situations.

Conversations and consultations were held with parents on the topics “Life in kindergarten and at home,” “Children’s adaptation,” and “The 3-year-old crisis.” We asked parents to bring their child’s favorite toy so that the child could comfortably adapt to the group and the children.

We also assessed the condition of the children during the period of adaptation to the conditions of the kindergarten using an observation card and filled out individual adaptation sheets. In the first days, the children were introduced to the group room, the toilet room, the bedroom, the play area, and the plot. Based on the results of the consultation, parents identified families of students with increased anxiety. In the future, the data from these works allowed us to competently build preventive and advisory work with parents, as well as the educational process with children.

Thus, the process of children’s adaptation to the conditions of the kindergarten was successful. Another positive thing was that children of early age, and especially the second year of life, got used to kindergarten painlessly. But I would like to note that there were some minor difficulties with the children of employees, because... the child saw his mother on walks and in kindergarten, so adaptation was delayed.

A child’s visit to a childcare center always begins with a very difficult start. As the baby finds himself in new conditions, his day changes significantly, all this causes certain difficulties both for the smallest person and for his young parents.

All important parameters of the child’s behavior and condition in kindergarten are recorded in a special adaptation sheet, a sample of which we will present to you in our article.

How to fill out the adaptation sheet for a child in kindergarten according to the Federal State Educational Standard?

According to the federal state educational standard, child adaptation sheets in kindergarten are created immediately upon the child’s admission to a preschool institution. At the same time, data such as the child’s last name, first name and patronymic, his age, as well as weight and height at the time of enrollment are entered into the sheet. Biometric parameters are additionally recorded at the end of the adaptation period, that is, approximately after a month.

The form of this document itself, as a rule, contains cells for filling out data within 1 month. During this time, it contains daily information about how the baby sleeps, eats, communicates with peers, what mood he is in most of the day, what games and activities he actively participates in, and what diseases he suffers at the early stage of adaptation to new ones. conditions.

After the specified time has passed, educators and educators must draw conclusions about how the child’s adaptation went according to various criteria. If violations are identified, the sheet reflects recommendations for parents that will help them and the preschooler adapt to new conditions as quickly as possible.

The sample presented in our article will help you fill out the child’s adaptation sheet for kindergarten or visually familiarize yourself with this document.
